Can I order just one ball?
Yes. Custom Zoball basketballs start from one ball. Choose your size, colour and material, then add your artwork or design notes.
How long does it take?
We confirm the production and delivery schedule with you before artwork approval.
Working towards a tournament or season start? Tell us your required date when you enquire.
I don’t have a finished logo file.
Send what you have — a badge photo, screenshot or sketch — and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll review it with you and confirm the artwork needed for production.
What if the mockup isn’t right?
Tell us what you’d like to change. We agree the production artwork with you before your ball is made.
Can we mix sizes in one order?
Yes. For a team or school order, tell us how many size 5, 6 and 7 balls you need. We’ll confirm a quote for the full order. Start a team enquiry.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. Get in touch with your previous design or order details and the quantities you need. We’ll confirm your repeat order with you.
Do you work with clubs or leagues?
